Shipping policy

We ship within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days of being placed, and most go out sooner. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping options

• Standard shipping: $8, free on orders $80 and up. Arrives in 3–5 business days after shipping.
• Express shipping: $15. Arrives in 1–2 business days after shipping.

A note on timing

We are a small operation, so we ask for a little patience. Everything ships within 7 business days, but most orders go out sooner. If you need something by a specific date, send us a note at pepper@forhotdogs.com and we will do our best.

Lost or delayed packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out and we will do what we can.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If you spot an error, email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before it ships.
