Refund policy
We want you and your dog to love what you ordered. If something is not right, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached and original packaging. Dog pieces should be free of fur and odors. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.
You can return part of a set and keep the rest. Because sets are sold at a discount, we refund a returned piece based on its share of what you actually paid for the set, rather than its full individual price. For example, a piece that makes up about a third of the set’s value is refunded at about a third of what you paid. Email us at pepper@forhotdogs.com and we’ll confirm the exact amount before you send anything back.
How to start a return
Email us at pepper@forhotdogs.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.

- Gift cards
If you are unsure about a specific item, ask us before purchasing and we will tell you straight.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the piece you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and tell you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund is issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Banks and card issuers can take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at pepper@forhotdogs.com.
Order cancellations
You have 1 hour after placing an order to cancel it, as long as it has not yet shipped. You can cancel from your account, or email pepper@forhotdogs.com with your order number and we will take care of it. After that window, reach out anyway and we will do our best to catch your order before it goes out.
